Henok Tekeste

Founder/Owner

Graduated from the ArbaMinch Water Technology Institute in Ethiopia with a B.S. in Sanitary Engineering. He furthered his career by achieving a Masters Degree in Sanitary Engineering from the International Institute for Infrastructure – Hydraulics and Environmental Engineering based in the Netherlands. He then went on to complete his Masters Degree in Civil Engineering from Kansas State University.

Willa Robinson

Controller

Willa Robinson is a graduate of Lewis-Clark State College in Lewiston Idaho with a Bachelor of Science – Double Major.  Willa oversees all finance and accounting functions.   Willa has over 30 years of experience in accounting and finance, human resources, office administration and IT from a wide variety of industries.  She has built a strong reputation for financial and accounting excellence and has a passionate commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and internal controls.   While a native of the Northwest, she is happy to be back in Kansas City.

Nick Kisner

Field Operations Manager

Nick has an extensive background in the underground utilities industry.  Nick was promoted to Field Operations Manager after successfully establishing our estimating, and marketing department; which led to significant growth.  As Field Operation Manager, oversees estimating and provides the foundational support to insure the field teams are successful.

Lacey Ognibene

Human Resources Manager

Lacey has excelled in each position she has been assigned and prior to being promoted to Human Resources Managers handed job progression from beginning to end.  This includes - job take-offs, utility, billing, submittals, subcontracts, locates, scheduling, tracking equipment, meetings, meeting minutes and agendas, pre-construction and post-construction documents.   Her operational experience and people skills allows her to excel in the Human Resources Role.

Jim Walker

Senior Project Manager - Utility Division

Jim is responsible to provide management oversight for all phases of the construction projects including coordinating workers, materials, and equipment. Ensuring that specifications are being followed and work is proceeding on schedule within budget.

Glenn Dobson

Director of Trenchless Division

Glenn is responsible for ensuring the construction project is complete, on time and on budget. Oversees and manages the crews with their daily activity.

Frank Applegate

Superintendent Utility Division

Frank is responsible for ensuring the construction project is complete, on time and on budget. Oversees and manages the crews with their daily activity.

Jason Adkins

Project Manager Utility Division

Jason is responsible for ensuring the construction project is complete, on time and on budget. Oversees and manages the crews with their daily activity.

Adam Selk

Superintendent

Adam is responsible for ensuring the construction project is complete, on time and on budget. Oversees and manages the crews with their daily activity.

Cheryl Turner

Payroll and Benefits Manager

Cheryl is passionate about her job and supporting the team with anything they need.    She is very detailed minded; which makes her good at handling all the processes of her job.

Aaron Thompson

Sr. Accounting Manager

Aaron has an extensive background in accounts payable and receivable.  Her desire to learn in grow is what allows her to be successful.  She is currently cross-training in other accounting functions to continue learning all aspects of accounting to better support the team.
